What currency are prices listed in?

All pieces are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), currency can be adjusted to USD, EUR, GBP, AUD & HKD.

What materials are the products made from?

All products are made from sterling silver, PVD plated stainless steel and cubic zirconia crystals. 

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

All pieces are anti tarnish, meaning they will not corrode or tarnish your skin green. Over time, if plated pieces are exposed to hard chemicals, cleaners etc. it is possible for the colour to fade. With proper care, your jewelry, gold and silver can last you years!

What pieces are refundable or not refundable?

SALE items are NOT refundable. All regular priced items that are unworn and/or not damaged can be issued a refund pending inspection upon return. Earrings cannot be refunded regardless of regular or sale price for hygienic purposes.

 

Will I have to pay taxes/duties on my order?

If you are located outside of Canada you may be charged taxes and duties on your order. These charges and taxes/duties are not calculated in the price upon checkout. This is dependent on your location and cannot be determined in advance. Your country’s customs office will assess and charge accordingly for your order if applicable.
